Manufacturing

Our well-established, highly-organized manufacturing system covers two independent production lines. This system of management allows us to perform the entire manufacturing process from metal, casting, face milling, hot rolling, cold rolling, foil rolling, annealing, slitting, packaging, to the final delivery in a very efficient manner. In 2015, our all-new production line was launched. This line is a global leader in terms of equipment installation technology and was an investment of 1.2 billion RMB. The metal melting workshop incorporates two casting lines that respectively consist of two holding furnaces and four melting furnaces. Each furnace has a production capacity of up to 50 tons. These two casting lines with widths of 2300mm and 2800mm are considered the largest in our country. The hot-rolled coils with a width of 4000mm are one of the widest across the globe. Additionally, our workshop is equipped with the Italian Mino 6-roll cold rolling machine that can roll materials to a minimum thickness of up to 0.2mm.

It is also outfitted with a foil rolling machine that allows for a minimum foil thickness of 0.03mm and a maximum outside diameter of up to 2500mm. These advanced facilities come with an automatic gauge control system and an automatic flatness control system, which results in the improvement of our product quality. Aside from the highly advanced production line, we have built a dust-free, fully-enclosed workshop, thus ensuring the highest quality and precision of our products while simultaneously enabling us to achieve a total production capacity of up to 300,000 tons. This level of focus on highly precise and efficient machinery, advanced management and outstanding production techniques shows that Yinbang displays great dedication to providing customers with the exact products they need, at quality levels they expect, and significant cost savings.

Metal melting and casting

Metal melting workshop
We have two casting lines that respectively consist of two holding furnaces and four melting furnaces. Each furnace has a production capacity of up to 50 tons. The yearly production capacity reaches up to 300,000 tons.

Casting workshop
These two casting lines with widths of 2,300mm and 2,800mm are considered the largest in our country. They contribute to a maximum slab output of 50 tons, the most typical casting size of 800x2300/2800x7500mm, as well as a yearly production capacity of 200,000 tons.

The products that have been melted and cast are lifted by a crane.

Face milling

The fully-automated, intelligent double-face milling machine makes the entire operation more convenient.

Hot rolling

The spacious workshop is built for cold and hot rolling applications.

The hot-rolled coils with a width of 4,000mm are one of the widest across the globe. We can produce hot-rolled coils with a maximum width of 3,800mm and capacities up to 25T. More importantly, we have employed 3 heating furnaces with capacities of 650T and 500T. This helps to shorten the rolling period, and the hot-rolled coil can be produced in a minimum thickness of up to 4mm.

Cold rolling

The Italian Mino 6-roll cold rolling machine can handle a maximum diameter of 2,500mm. It comes with an automatic gauge control system and an automatic flatness control system, which results in the improvement of our product quality. This equipment can roll materials to a minimum thickness of up to 0.2mm. It operates at a speed of 1600m/min.

Annealing

The 90Tx4T annealing furnace works with two powerful cooling devices, which allows us to reduce the cooling period and increase the product delivery rate immensely.

Slitting

The loop slitting equipment runs at high speed. It is provided with a CCD surface detector. This provides a strong guarantee on the quality of our products.

Packaging

The fully automatic packaging machinery is used in combination with a semi-automatic packaging machine.

Warehouse

Neatly-placed shelves and orderly-arranged products can all be seen in this spacious warehouse.

Delivery

Finally our products are put into containers, awaiting delivery to customers.
